Purpose
The event aims to make it easy for business owners to know how to employ people with disability, to connect them to people with disability in a welcoming atmosphere, and to present services available for business. A further outcome is that stakeholder relationships built through this will provide opportunities in 2026 for collaboration on inclusive employment and in industry traineeship.
Focusing on inclusive employment aligns with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA effort on tapping the talent pool of people with disability, supporting businesses' diversity and inclusion strategies to increase employment of people with disability within small to medium enterprises.

I will be attending this event and I hope to see a few of our footy lads attending to learn more about securing employment.
Kind regards
