HOLIDAY CLOSURE
The yoga studio is closes on December 21st for the holiday period. We reopen on January 12th.

2026 GLAM UP
We're so excited that from January we will have a permanent sublease of our existing space at Waratah Holistic Health! We'll be making a few small updates to the yoga studio (don't worry, the fairy light curtain stays ✨✨✨)... as well as adding some more classes to the schedule and a new teacher to the team.

Not sure if you know this about me: I used to do a lot of hot yoga. If you're not familiar with it, it's exactly what it sounds like: doing yoga in a deliberately heated room.

I loved doing challenging, flow-y classes that made me sweat. I loved doing softer yin classes where I felt like I was melting into shapes. Honestly, I was HOOKED. For a few years, it was all I did!

I've actually been a member at 2 different hot yoga studios. There is seriously nothing like doing yoga many times a week and actually getting to feel how it can transform your week and your life.

Things like:
🌟 feeling strong in my body
🌟 progressing in yoga poses
🌟 automatically starting to do calming breathing techniques when faced with stress or overwhelm in day to day life
🌟 getting in touch with my spirituality, and that adding more depth to life
🌟 being in the presence of and connecting with like-minded people

I'm SO glad that I did yoga frequently enough to experience all of this. It's a bit tougher these days: this season of motherhood and business is demanding, and I don't have the same amount of time that I used to.

Still, I'm getting to the studio more, trying to attend 1-2 classes a week. And it's reminding me how damn good it feels to do more yoga.

Membership at the yoga studio is about more than unlimited classes.

It's about more than cool benefits like bringing a friend for free every month or discounts on events and workshops.

It's about more than the flexibility of being able to pause your membership for up to 3 months each year with no penalties.

Honestly, it's about commitment and love. (Lol, like a marriage?!)
