📣 APA Weekend Course: Assessment and management of common wrist and hand conditions 👌🏻

Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st August 2025
8.30am - 5.30pm both days
At the APA rooms (8/15 Fullarton Rd, Kent Town)

Presented by Ian Dowley and Dr Jay-Shian Tan, from Flex Physiotherapy, in Western Australia, these upper limb experts have approximately 35 years of clinical experience between them.

The wrist and hand pose a challenge for many therapists in musculoskeletal practice. It is a complex area anatomically and functionally, and therapists who are not treating them regularly often lack confidence with clinical examination, diagnosis, radiology interpretation and management.

This two-day course is very hands-on (mind the pun), including practical skills for clinical examination and introductory thermoplastic splinting techniques.

Both private practice physios working intermittently with the upper limb, as well as public sector physios working in outpatients, emergency, burns, plastics and hand therapy, will benefit from this course.
