Since we first began teaching yoga, we have been passionate to ensure that there is a yoga for everyone. As a boutique studio with a focus on small classes and personalized approaches, our intention at Bend It Like Buddha Yoga is to help our students listen to their inner selves and gain the tools to heal from within. Yoga is an ancient art that teaches us to be present in the moment. We hope that our students experience the joy that this practice brings us. We cater classes to meet the student's needs. When done gently, it can support mobility, reduce irritation, and improve how the body moves - but when forced, it can make symptoms worse.

Yoga (and movement generally), understanding the difference between muscle sensation and nerve sensation matters more than people realise.
