🎒 Back to School Reminder 🎒
As the kids head into Term 4, it’s a great time to check their backpacks!

✅ A child’s backpack should weigh no more than 10–15% of their body weight
✅ Always wear both shoulder straps to spread the load evenly
✅ Heavier items should sit closer to the back, lighter items to the front
✅ Choose wide, padded straps and adjust so the bag sits snugly

Keeping backpacks light and fitted helps prevent strain on growing spines. 💪✨
