Mayan Farm MAYAN FARM is situated on fertile grazing land along Kin Kin Creek in the stunning Noosa Hinterland.

Mayan Farm in the Noosa Hinterland, Kin Kin offers sustainable, luxury accommodation for couples, families and groups at Mayan Luxe Villas House and Mayan Farm Villas. As a working farm, it houses a large variety of livestock including droughtmaster cattle, quarterhorses, muscovy ducks and meat and layer chickens. All animals are free to roam the large paddocks, ensuring their health and wellbeing. Located on the Noosa Trail Network, Mayan Farm has evolved its offering beyond it’s farm-to-plate philosophy with Black Ant Gourmet @ the Kin Kin General Store. Mayan Farm now offers environmentally-friendly, sustainable accommodation currently comprising two Luxe Villas with sweeping views of the surrounding farmland and countryside. Mayan Luxe Villas is constructed with rammed earth from Mayan Farm. Increasingly seen in contemporary architecture, rammed earth is a sustainable building material due to its thermal mass, strength, durability and visual impressiveness. Mayan Luxe Villas offers two separate suites with a central entertaining and dining pavilion. Outside there are three alfresco entertaining and dining areas in beautifully landscaped grounds, overlooking the plunge pool and surrounding farmland. A pizza oven and firepit add to the outside entertaining ambience – with farm firewood available! The property features recycled and milled timbers and railway sleepers from the orginal slab hut on Mayan Farm. With polished concrete floors throughout, the bespoke craftsmanship is evident in the unique fixtures and fittings.
