Lemon oil!

This has quickly become a must have in our house!

With its uplifting aroma, lemon oil has the ability to cleanse and purify the environment and surfaces.

I use it regularly in my cleaners and add a few drops to my water every morning. My stomach is much better for it.

Ever since we decided last year that we wanted our house to be a toxin free environment I stopped using soaps on the kids in the bath. Even some natural soaps can contain nasty ingredients and I didn't want to take any chances with my sensitive little ones.

But today I finally got around to making a natural soap with essential oils for them.

All it is is water, Castile soap, coconut oil, lavender, grapefruit and frankincense essential oils...so simple!!

Smells great and free from nasties. 😍

Lavender peace I love you 😉 My little girl has been so hard to get to sleep lately.... tonight I put lavender peace in her diffuser and she went down with out a peep!!
