I remember boredom being excruciating when I was a kid, but I appreciate it so much now.

With so much to do, all the time, multi tasking is the norm. Somewhat surprisingly, slowing down helps us “go faster” and actually achieve more. Making space, allowing ourselves to day dream, allows our brain the time to come up with solutions & ideas.
