Well that’s a wrap! We have had the most incredible trip and have returned home feeling rejuvenated and inspired!  
 
We have learnt so much including participating in a very unique smoke sauna experience (more of that to come!) as well as being invited to the Finnish sauna society which was such a privilege!  
 
We have met so many people and shared so many stories about how sauna has changed our lives and what it means for our wellbeing- mind, body and soul. We believe sauna not only helps individuals but can help communities heal at a time when disconnection and polarisation is occurring.  
 
We hope to offer so much in this space and we are so passionate about it! We cannot wait to expand our saunagus offerings and have so many new ideas too!  
 
Rivasoul is back open this week and weekend and .sidonie is hosting saunagus on Sundays at 11 and we will be launching a womens only sessions on Saturdays at 11am soon!  
 
We are looking forward to seeing you! ♨️❤️🍃
