Small daily habits can help support gut health, minimise bloating or other digestive symptoms, and help you feel your best!

Some habits to incorporate in your daily routine include:
✅ Chew your food well and eat mindfully
✅ Eating regular meals (this means not skipping breakfast!)
✅ Limiting large processed meals
✅ Drink water throughout the day
✅ Move your body in ways that you enjoy, whether that's walking, yoga or going to the gym
✅ Get adequate rest to allow your body to recover and reduce stress

Needing some gut friendly fuel before your next workout? 🏋🏽

Whether you’re weightlifting, running, getting into Pilates or simply stretching, fuelling your body adequately is essential, even when following a low FODMAP diet!

Here are some FODMAP friendly snack ideas to try 30-60 minutes before exercising. Aim for mostly easy to digest carbs like cereal, rice cakes or fruit with a minimal fibre and fats to help reduce bloating and discomfort while working out 💪🏽

Some fun-size treats that are generally FODMAP-friendly (being mindful of portion size!) include:

🍬Hard candies made without high fructose corn syrup or other hidden FODMAPs
