After 6 years at Casey Myotherapy Clinic last night was my last night of working.
It has been the best 6 years, with many ups and downs along the way. The past year has been tough but we got through it.
A massive thanks to Sam for taking me on as a new graduate and for helping me along the way.
I am sad to say goodbye to all my lovely, caring patients who have become my friends over the years. Thank you to each and everyone of you 😁

I'm Back!

Just an update to let you know I'm still here.
Just virtually for the time being.
If you are struggling with aches, pains or just needing some advice on how to help. I am still doing zoom consultations.

What advice I can give during zoom consultations:
- Stretches
- Exercise prescription
- Advice on self treatment
- And most of all reassurance.

The aim is to hopefully return at the end of October. But in the mean time please feel free to contact me for zoom sessions 😁
