Had a great time at the Nutrien Ag Solutions Echuca Women in Ag event talking about the benefits of the Rural Health Check!

A lovely morning spent with Ag Solutions Echuca team and regional clientele, celebrating the importance of women in farming families.

What started out as Jess from and I there to present, turned into a rich, meaningful and sometimes hilarious whole group conversation about:

health & wellbeing,
engaging farmers in health checks,
valuing your contribution regardless of your role/s,
making the invisible visible,
self worth,
language,
changing perceptions,
societal conditioning,
labels,
motherhood,
communication,
teamwork,
blending all the pillars of life with farming,
boundaries, and
what to write in the ‘Occupation’ field on forms!

Thank you for inviting me to speak Nutrien! I enjoyed it so much and am grateful for the opportunity.
