Meet the heart behind HappiHive ππ
Emma Payne isn't your typical aged care professional. She's a singer, a performer, a team leader, and a fierce advocate for people living with dementia - and she built HappiHive because she believes joy isn't a luxury in aged care, it's a necessity.
With a music degree from Bath Spa University, over three decades of experience across customer service, hospitality, and the creative industries, and more than 70,000 real interactions with people living with dementia, Emma has seen firsthand what happens when you stop trying to drag people into your world - and choose to Enter Theirs instead.
That simple philosophy is at the core of everything HappiHive does. Music. Movement. Genuine human connection. No jargon, no tick-box activities - just real engagement that makes residents feel seen, heard, and alive πΆ
Emma is also a nationally and internationally recognised speaker and facilitator, sharing her approach with aged care teams, hospitals, schools, and families across Australia.
