After strong consideration and soul searching, I will now be offering relaxation and gentle approach.. Each treatment will not include me singing to music, giggling when I hit a trigger point… Just the sounds of whales mating and the trees and nature!…….

Cupping for a purpose!… Too often you see random cup marks on people or marks all over the area!… As a therapist you are left asking what is that purpose and why did you mark that person like that?… Here we have a future League champion in the making on his road back from shoulder surgery!… Tight through the shoulders and also the trap system… Cupping when done right can be a useful tool to help release tension through the connective tissue and offer a huge improvement in ROMs….
Client happily allowed me to take pictures and I look forward to the tag in his story via socials…
