Body Mind Bodhi Nicole is a Yoga Teacher & Trainer, and Professional Yoga Therapist certified with the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).

She has been practicing Yoga since 2000, teaching since 2006, and leading Yoga & Meditation Retreats internationally since 2008. She is a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher with 20+ years experience and training, and received lay ordination in Japan in 2005. Nicole is also an Open Floor International Dance Teacher (Embodied Therapeutic Dance), Reiki Therapist & Certified Coach. Feeling their benefits first hand in her own life, her greatest passion is to share the benefits of these profound practices and therapies with others. Nicole provides transformational teaching, body-mind therapy, practical tools, mentoring, support and inspiration for people in their every day lives. Ancient Wisdom and Timeless teaching to deepen Modern Day living. She is constantly in awe of the healing potential available within each and every human body, mind and heart.

Dear Friends, There are a few of you that are new here, and I have not shared about myself for a while, so just a short introduction...
🌿I am a certified Yoga Teacher & Professional Yoga Therapist, Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. I also see clients one-on-one therapeutically, am a certified coach & certified conscious dance teacher.
🌿I have been practicing for over 25 years & teaching classes, sharing yoga therapeutically one-on-one & leading retreats for 20 years.
🌿I am very passionate about these healing modalities as they changed my life & I have seen them also transform the lives of others.
🌿I lived, travelled, studied & taught overseas for close to 20 years.
🌿I lived in a temple/meditation centre in Japan assisting and learning from some of my own teachers for many years.
🌿I also spent time in an ashram in India studying & practicing yoga.
🌿I am now living happily on the Capricorn Coast in Australia with my small daughter and husband.
🌿I do not really like being on social media 🤦‍♀️I am trying to get better so I can share more:)
🌿I love being with my family and in nature & my other favourite place to be is - in Retreat 🧘‍♀️
🌿I would love to hear more about all of you😊
