At EqualSteps Solutions, we are a close-knit, passionate team expanding to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in Launceston and surrounding areas. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated casual Disability Support Workers to join us!

What We are Looking For:

✅ Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant experience in the disability sector
✅ Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check
✅ Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
💊 Bonus: Medication Endorsement (highly regarded)

Respite weekend with the Equalsteps crew!!!

We kicked off the weekend with a trip to the market, dancing along to live music and strolling through all the fresh produce 🌿🎶. From there, we headed to the zoo where we fed a giraffe and even snapped a photo! 🦒📸

The fun didn’t stop there. We visited the raspberry farm for some delicious sorbet, enjoyed a cheese platter at Ashgrove, had lunch at Exeter Bakery, and popped into Reliquaire. Back at the accommodation, there were baking sessions and dance parties to finish the days off right 💃🧁

What an incredible weekend! None of this would be possible without our amazing support staff, thank you all so much for everything you do 💙👏

Had such a fun day out with Lily today. We started at Apricus Farm, looking at the animals and even got to hold a baby duck 🦆. Then we headed to Hillwood Berry Farm to pick some berries and enjoy an ice cream. We finished the day with a bit of gardening and opening a little veggie shop with fresh produce for the neighbourhood. What an amazing day!☀️
