A bit late posting this, but this moment mattered.

This was our Aligned Christmas get-together with our clients — time spent together outside routines, programs and schedules. Just people connecting, laughing, eating and enjoying each other’s company.

Moments like this are important. They remind us that support is about more than services. It’s about belonging, dignity and shared experiences.

Grateful to everyone who came along and helped create a relaxed, safe space for our clients to enjoy themselves. This is the part of the work that stays with you.

As we come to the end of the year, we want to take a moment to reflect and say thank you.

This year has been one of growth, learning, and continued commitment to doing things the right way. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been meaningful. Every challenge pushed us to improve, every win reminded us why we do this work, and every relationship strengthened our purpose.

To our support workers — your care, consistency, and heart are the backbone of everything we do.

To our stakeholders — thank you for the collaboration and shared commitment to better outcomes.

From our office to hospital doors, we teamed up with our amazing community to spread smiles to kids spending Christmas in hospital. 2,000 toys across 11 hospitals — and every single one brought a little extra magic. ✨
