I have found a room in Lismore to work from 143 Hunter St.

I am seeing people Face to Face again as of Thursday 18th September. I will be working just 1 day a week- roads are so bad that what took 35 min to town now takes an hour!

I look forward to see you again or meeting you for the first time.

So happy to be back working.

There is meditation in the Thich Nhat Hanh Tradition on the 4th Jan ‘22 at 114 Keen st, first floor.

Doors open from 5.15pm Come early if you would like a mindful cuppa and a catch up.

Doors closed at 5.50 for a 6pm start - ends 7pm. By donation to cover costs of electricity, tea and raise money to have retreats. 😀

Fully vaxed people only at this stage.

Hello dear friends,
I am starting a meditation evening on the first and third Tuesday each month, first one will be the 7th Dec ‘21.
Starting at 6pm and going for an hour. It will be in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh whom I have studied with over many years. We will read a Sutra or have a Dharma talk sit for 20 min with a guided meditation, do walking meditation and sit again for a short silent meditation before leaving at 7pm.
I will open the doors at 5.30 for anyone who wants a mindful cup of tea and meet up with friends before hand.
There is a limit on numbers so if you can let me know you are coming that would be helpful. I think we could fit 8 people with the covid regulations.
People coming will need to be double vaxed.
