We had our 2025 Christmas party a little early this year with a few of the team heading overseas to end off the year.

Good vibes and even better company. Thanks to the whole team for all your efforts throughout 2025 and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us.

Last night our Director, Jacob, had the privilege of presenting at the CPD event on Type 2 Diabetes Management.

He spoke all things Exercise Physiology, sharing how tailored exercise can transform the lives of those living with diabetes.

Affectionately known as Jabs in clinic, he is a part of our Physiotherapy team having completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree.

Jabs has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and return to sports injuries having always been involved in competitive sport throughout his life. Jabs has competed at a state level in Athletics and at a national level for Touch Football. He is currently a referee for NSW Rugby League in both the Harold Matt’s and SG Ball competitions 🏉

Fun Fact: Jabs considers himself an armchair palaeontologist and believes the Allosaurus is the true king of the dinosaurs 👑 🦕

Lauren is one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. She has developed experience in a large variety of conditions ranging from chronic disease and mental health to neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and cerebral palsy. 

Lauren has a keen interest in chronic disease management and helping people implement actual lifestyle changes to improve their health and quality of life. She enjoys engaging with a diverse range of patients and supporting them in achieving all of their personal goals.

FUN FACT: When she’s not in clinic she’s surfing down at her local 🏄‍♀️

Doug couldn’t wait to get his hands on our new hoodies! Embracing his journey to get active again has seen him make leaps and bounds from where he started and we are absolutely here for it.

When he started he couldn’t stand from a chair without assistance, now he’s maxed out the resistance on our bikes and is deadlifting unassisted 💪🏼
