No fluff. No gatekeeping. Here are 3 of the main energy tips I mastered to manifest what currently exists in my life.

1. I got really good at being delusional. Every morning driving my Mitsubishi I would tell myself I loved the way this merc drove, I loved the feel of the seats, I would thank the car for finding me. I delulu’d my body and brain into emitting the energy as if I was already in my dream car. Within 2 months - I am driving that car to work.

2. I got non negotiable on my visions. When I was seeking a workspace I knew I wanted wooden laminate flooring. I’d seen it. A great space became available with carpet - I turned it down. It didn’t match the vision. Within a week I was offered a space on better terms, with better facilities and a better location - with perfect floors. I’d always wanted a merc, but it felt out of reach. I almost downgraded to a different car brand, then I remembered who TF I am and put it out into the quantum field that I wanted an MB, of a particular style, within a particular price range. Within a week - one became available. Don’t downgrade your dreams. Get clear on the vision.

3. I worked HARD on the resilience of my Frequency. I worked at finding a healthy equilibrium, not constantly bouncing between highs and lows. I got in tune with what that FELT like in my body, what helped it stay steady (what foods, movements, habits, routines) and experimented with what would raise it, or tank it - and how quickly can I bring it back to consistency. From this baseline I’ve been able to take it higher and higher, and more importantly, been able to HOLD it at a higher level. I dove deep into understanding my personal energetic blueprint, and used that to help me create and elevate my vibe - which is how we truly manifest - by matching the vibrational frequency of what we desire.

I’ve been working in executive leadership for over 10 years, and with Spirit for just over 8 and have been able to create an incredible business in this space! Most of you know me as a psychic and astrologer, and while those are definitely gifts I use and hold dearly, I am primarily a frequency, identity and energetics mentor; I support women to tap into their highest timeline, merge their energy with the highest version of themselves and then utilise that energetic connection to call in their desires and the reality of their dreams. These sessions consist of a 45 minute meditative hypnosis guiding you out of your body and into the Quantum Field, where you can experience raw energy, glimpses of alternate or future timelines, connect with your higher self and receive a full energy clearing and field repair while you’re deeply relaxed.

We then do a 45 minute integration, guidance and mapping session - through this we dive into what you saw, consult spirit for further insight, and integrate what’s possible, into a plan of inspired action to begin creating it in your life.

Even when I was at rock bottom in life and business, I had one thing undeniably in my corner.

Belief.

Belief that I could create. Belief that I had a gift worth sharing. Belief that people needed the guidance I could give and the knowledge I’ve spent (literally) lifetimes curating. Belief that “this too, is just a season”. Belief in the unknown. Belief in the future. Belief in ME. Belief that there has to be more.

The shifts in my life through 2025 - are nothing short of fu***ng magic. I believe more than ever that the only limitations that exist are the ones we place on ourselves. If you told me in Jan that I’d be closing out the year in the Alchemy Centre, in a really healthy and happy place personally, traded by Mitsubishi for a Mercedes and living with more abundance in biz than ever - I would have said SIGN ME UP. It hasn’t been easy, it’s been work, action, focus, intention. But it’s been so worth it.

Today I did something I’ve never done before and experienced float therapy. 10/10 recommend, but while I was in there - it’s pitch black, there’s no demands, no voices, no stimuli, you leave everything at the door, and it’s interesting to see what remains in your mind as you let the water hold you.

This is the truth most quantum or energetics coaches won’t talk about - is that it’s not just about GETTING TO the dream life or timeline, it’s about being able to hold it.
