Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Services (ATSICHS) Mackay Ltd mission is to deliver a quality appropriate primary health care service to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of the Mackay region.

We are currently accepting applications for a Male Mental Health Worker to join our Social Emotional and Wellbeing Team. Ideally, the applicant will hold a Cert IV in Mental Health.

The position is full time and have a good working knowledge of the local health systems on Mental Indigenous Health within the Mackay and surrounding Regions.

The successful applicant will have the ability to have links within the community and advocate on behalf of Mental Health within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people. Supporting both
the SEWBU Team within the Mental Health guidelines.
