Huge thank you and gratitude to everyone who took a moment to reply to my post yesterday!😊

My plan moving forward is to be more interactive with you all both on Facebook and Instagram as time permits me to.

When I say interactive I mean truely helpful.

All of the conflicting information out there on social media around health has a tendency to overwhelm and confuse everybody.

As the saying goes…..

‘Complexity is the enemy of execution’

It is when we have the correct information and take action that the magic happens.

I don’t see any value throwing the knowledge and time tested experience I have, that I know will help people, into an algorithm that mixes the latest celebrity useless fun fact on one side and a dog walking a tight rope across the Grand Canyon on the other side of the advertisement heavy doom scroll😜

That design pulls everyone’s emotions and attention all over the country side and my piece of gold in the middle gets dismissed.

Not that there is anything wrong with celebrities (or maybe there now is) or dogs walking tight ropes.

It’s just a good idea to know your worth and be present in the right places, ready for those who are looking for assistance.

So, this is where you can help me to help you.

If you have a particular health question that you would like my input on, you are most welcome to leave your questions in the comments and I will create a new post to reply either on this page or if it is sensitive I will respond to you privately.

You are most welcome to send your question privately to me as well.

If the questions you have require a deeper conversation we can move into a consultation to ensure that you receive the support that you need.

I will create a seperate group in the future where we can discuss all things health and wellness and leave the celebrities and dog tricks on the social media though-fair.
