Here’s my latest blog post. I’ve been extremely sick this past week with a stomach virus. I haven’t been that sick since dreaded chemo. Anyway on the mend now.

What is a Type C Personality?
Something that I learned along my journey, with all the reading and researching to understand the emotional causes of why I developed cancer, was finding out about a cancer-prone personality type, the Type C personality.

Reading about this was like reading a book describing my personality type. I ticked every single box. It was an eerie revelation. I'd like to share this with you because it could help you to understand part of the factors involved in how you may have developed your cancer, and therefore, how you may reduce your risk and develop strategies for cancer prevention.

Clothing styling tips for Uni-Boobers o-

I've had my right b**b chopped off and doesn't that make it interesting trying to make styling clothing work when there's such a lack of balance, flesh, symmetry and and all the while a voice inside your head screaming why do I have to deal with this when I've been through so much already. The joys of life after breast cancer surgery.

I don't know how many tops I've bought (albeit at a good price as I love buying my clothing from op shops and ditched exorbitant retail shops years ago) and then looked at myself horrified in the mirror when trying them on after getting home, because the front goes down too low, showing my missing cleavage on the right side, or clings too much, showing the lack of symmetry between left and right, or is a single solid colour, again letting all the lumpy bumpy parts or lack thereof show in a way that I don't desire.

Now, there's a tip here in probably trying on before buying. But there's also more tips to be had below from the first-hand experiences I've had making uni-b**bage work the best I can.

Hi all, I've tweaked my website - take a look and let me know what you think. I've realised the niche that I want to focus on is helping cancer survivors improve their wellbeing, through complementary and natural approaches. This reflects my journey and wisdom I have to share. I will definitely use reiki, tarot, meditation as some of the tools helping me in my energy work, along with all my wisdom from the lessons of my cancer journey and finding wellbeing again.

Today’s wandering at the Mackay Botanical Gardens was pure magic and joy. I had sooooo many bird and butterfly and plant/tree experiences. My heart soared from the magic and beauty of Mother Nature 💚💜

Magnificent Magpie blessed me with a whole family visiting me as I meandered along the path. And one little Maggie came running up to me and sang me her song - ohhh my heart 💚💜💚💜💚💜💚💜💚💜💚💜

Magpie’s spirit message is: communicate clearly and listen clearly to hear the messages, run up and greet new opportunities/blessings, look out for the signs/synchronicities as they guide the way for you, fierce protection of self/ family.

I have a beautiful spirit animal message from joyful Kingfisher who appeared during my wander at the Mackay Botanical Gardens yesterday.

A pair were swooping for insects over the water and I was in awe of their iridescent blue feathers. I couldn’t get any photos as they were so quick.

I feel their message was: act quickly to correct any negative self-talk (blue relates to the throat chakra and communicating). Deeply contemplate any limiting beliefs thinking that arises and open your mind to a more positive outlook. Dive in quick with any amazing opportunities that arise.

Remember that you may have been through big hurdles and trauma in your life but you can choose to feel the deep emotions and allow yourself to heal from them. Kingfisher is saying to expand your thoughts to the breadth of possibilities that awaits you in this lifetime.
