As a support worker nothing is more important to you than seeing growth in the people you support.
Today I was blown away with our gorgeous participant Chloe! The growth this young lady showed today literally had me sobbing with pure pride! She doubted her ability to till the very last second and I literally seen the switch flick on her face as the music started 🥹
Chloe you danced your heart out, you showed that you could do it and you admitted to me that you were proud of yourself! What a wonderful achievement 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Bronte, you have played such an incredible role in this and I hope you are proud of what you are achieving in your role of supporting Chloe. I’m a very proud and honoured person today and incredibly grateful to have such wonderful people involved in Tadema Support Services 🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼

Our gorgeous participant Ari has had a massive few weeks and last week was a trip to Melbourne for some yarn bombing of the parliament stairs!!!
Ari and his mum tirelessly advocate for Deaf/Blind to be recognised as its own disability.
Ari is not blind with a hearing impairment nor is he Deaf with a vision impairment.
Ari is Deaf/Blind with a load of amazingly important information that he needs the rest of us to acknowledge and understand.
Tadema Support Services are with you all the way Ari 🩵🩵
