POSTNATAL EXERCISE CLASSES
For building the foundations of strength and fitness after having a baby!
When:Tuesday 9:30-10:30
Where:Blossoming Bump (unit 4/19, Davey Street, Mandurah. Next to Ultrasoundsound services)
Cost:$25 per class, claimable on private health insurance

✨5 week block booking
✨babies absolutely welcome to class
✨participants must have had a Pelvic Health Assessment prior to class commencement.
✨initial assessment allows safe, more individualised exercise prescription during class
✨classes led by Pelvic Health Physio Katie

Blossoming bump offer a 3rd trimester class where I discuss common problems, when to call the hospital, perineal massage, signs of labour, how to help naturally induce labour, what to pack in your hospital bag plus much more.

Mother’s Group run at Blossoming Bump.
Today we are taking our bubs / toddlers for a walk along the foreshore, then back to Blossoming Bump for refreshments.

Every Wednesday 10-11 the lovely lactation consultant Tracy Talbot will be holding a breastfeeding drop in session at Blossoming Bump, 4/19 Davey Street, Mandurah.
Come along and meet other breastfeeding mums, discuss your concerns and get professional advise from Tracy ❤️
Cost is $10 and is payable on the day.

Hi Mum's 👋 I'm Lauren, a student midwife offering support through the Continuity of Care Experience program. If you are pregnant and interested in having a familiar face and extra support during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum I'd love to hear from you.

Why I might be the student midwife for you...
🌊You live in / near Mandurah or Rockingham
🤰🏻 I have experience supporting women during pregnancy, labour/birth and postpartum through my role as a doula and yoga teacher
🤲 You are open to sharing your childbearing experience with me, to help me learn and assist me on my journey to becoming a midwife.
🫂 You want someone who is kind, compassionate, calm and knowledgeable about birth.
👩‍🦱You want continuty of care - you could end up having a midwife you don't know on the day. I'll be by your side, helping you to feel safe and supported.
✊You want extra support particularly during COVID times where restrictions may limit partners attending appointments and second birth partners attending labour/birth.
🙋‍♀️You want support in making your voice and desires heard
📄 You want access to current evidence-based information so you can make the right choices for you, and fully understand your options.

This week we trialled a Blossoming Bump Mother’s group and have now decided to make it a weekly thing!
The groups will begin on Tuesday the 22nd of February at 12pm and will be held the same time, same day, same location, weekly thereafter.
How it works! ⬇️
Numbers are limited due to space and we understand that sometimes mums have things on or sleepless nights; therefore, the group will be done on a weekly basis and not pay in advance. Look out for our post the week prior, read the details and contact Kelly Zuvich via Facebook or Instagram message if you’re interested to coming to the group that’s advertised.
Contact me if you’d like to come to the catch up on Tuesday 22nd. $10 on the day (cash or card). Refreshments included.
