Sunday selfcare this week included training my apprentice to do a foot spa treatment to earn some pocket money. She’s a natural…must be in the genes. She ended up fast asleep on the table when I did the foot massage with magnesium magic lotion What did you do for your self care today?

Today I woke with a really sore throat and headache. My plan was to go to an event in Perth but the thought of having to talk a lot made my head hurt more. The throat is anatomically the beginning of the immune system so I was possibly fighting something and just needed rest. I’ve also been working on my chakra program and thought about what the throat chakra was all about. I sent off some emails and said what needed to be said. Sometimes we’re not heard, sometimes it’s hard to find the words. Here is a little overview of the Throat Chakra – Vishuddha.
