Breath 🌬️ - Sound 🎶- Light 💡
There’s a reason these three elements have been used across cultures, across centuries, and now increasingly across science.
When we work with breath, we work directly with the nervous system.
Slow, conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic response, lowering cortisol, softening the body, and creating the conditions for emotional release and regulation.
When we work with sound, we work with vibration.
Sound is not just heard, it’s felt. Frequencies move through the body, helping the brain shift out of constant thinking and into states associated with calm, coherence, and presence.
When we work with light and colour, we subtly influence perception, mood, and sensory processing.
Chromatic light can support regulation and integration without effort or analysis.
On Sunday March 8, we are honoured to present Breath Sound Light, in partnership with our host WA Museum Boola Bardip.
This is a 3hour immersive journey where breathwork, live sound therapy, and chromatherapy are intentionally woven together to support the body’s natural ability to settle, reset, and reorganise.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about creating the conditions where the body can remember safety, clarity, and presence again.
Sometimes the most powerful shift doesn’t come from doing more,
but from allowing the system to finally slow down.
If you feel the call to pause, to listen, to recalibrate,
we would love to welcome you into this shared experience.
