✨ Day 4 | Pisac Archeological Site, Temple of the Sun + Evening Fire Ceremony
Today we journey to one of the most extraordinary sites in the Sacred Valley — Pisac Archeological Site, a vast ancient complex believed to have been a healing centre where people came to be restored by skilled practitioners and spiritual caretakers.
High above the valley we step into the powerful masculine energy of the Temple of the Sun, a sacred preparation for meeting the Grandfather spirit of Wachuma on Day 5.
Here, the mountains feel alive — the stones hold memory, intention, and centuries of ceremony.
Afterwards, you may choose to walk the beautiful trail back down into Pisac (around 1 hour), or drive back into town for lunch and gentle exploring.
The markets are quieter on Mondays, but still rich with colour, textiles, and warmth.
We return to Paucartika for a restorative afternoon, with optional yoga for anyone wanting grounding or integration.
🔥 Evening Fire Ceremony
As night falls, we gather around the fire to make offerings of coca leaves — releasing what we’re ready to transform and calling in what we wish to meet with clarity the next day.
This ritual marks the threshold between preparation… and deeper awakening.
