Idyllic Funerals offers personalised, heartfelt celebrations of life in Sydney. I’m Matt Morgan, a Sydney-based funeral director and celebrant.

Partnered with Picaluna, we create tailored funeral and memorial services including burial and cremation options to honour each individual's life. I want to redefine how to say goodbye to your loved one. I worked in financial services for over 20 years until the loss of a dear friend inspired me to explore a more fulfilling path. I am passionate about helping others find comfort and meaning during difficult times. By offering personalised, heartfelt farewells, my aim is to not only change the way funerals are done, but also enrich lives in a profound and lasting way.

Happy New Year.

This new year invites reflection, not urgency.
