HARDI Support Services is now registered with Just Better Care.

This is another step forward for us as we continue to grow and work alongside other providers to support people in our community. We’re proud to be part of it and look forward to helping more people access the supports they need.

We are now registered with HomeMade.
This allows us to support people with Home Care Packages who want reliable, flexible help to continue living comfortably at home. Our team can assist with services such as domestic cleaning, garden maintenance, and general day-to-day supports.

We’re excited to share that we are now registered through Trilogy Care.

This means we’re now able to provide support for people with aged care packages, offering services such as domestic cleaning, garden maintenance, and general support to help people stay comfortable and independent in their own homes.

HARDI Support Services is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate mature female Support Worker to join our team in Hervey Bay.
This role is perfect for someone who values consistency, enjoys supporting others, and is committed to making a positive difference in someone’s daily life.
Hours Available:
• Monday – Thursday: 2.5 hours per day
• Saturday: 2 hours
• Flexible times
Requirements:
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent shifts
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to obtain or hold a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
• Caring, patient, and supportive attitude
What we’re looking for:
Someone who shows up, communicates well, and genuinely cares about providing quality support.

Today’s ride wasn’t just about clearing the mind — it was also a great way to build hand–eye coordination, focus, and confidence. Getting out on the road, staying aware of surroundings, and working together makes it a great activity that’s both enjoyable and beneficial.

We’re excited to finally share the news… 🎉

Monday the 16th will be our first official day open!
After a lot of planning, hard work and preparation behind the scenes, we’re proud to be opening the doors to our new space. This is a big step forward for us and something we’ve been looking forward to sharing with our participants, families and support workers.

Our new space will give us the opportunity to run more activities, create new opportunities, and continue building a supportive environment for everyone involved with HARDI Support Services.

We’re also excited to share that B&H Designs Uniforms & Embroidery will be operating from the space as well, and we’re looking forward to having them alongside us.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We can’t wait to welcome you in. 💛

With the amount of rain we’ve been experiencing lately, we want to remind everyone to please stay safe on the roads. If it’s flooded, forget it. It’s never worth the risk. 🌧️🚗
All of this rain will also affect our mowing and garden maintenance team. Unfortunately, it will put us a little behind schedule, so we kindly ask for your patience while we wait for the weather to clear and the ground to dry enough for us to get back into it.
If the weather impacts any of our participants’ scheduled supports, we will contact you with as much notice as possible.

At HARDI Support Services, we’re proud to work alongside so many incredible women — the support workers who show up every day with compassion, patience and strength, the mums and carers who advocate tirelessly for their loved ones, and the participants who inspire us with their resilience and determination.

Today is a day to recognise the impact women have in our communities and the difference they make in the lives of others every single day.

We’re nearly there

After a lot of behind-the-scenes work, long days, and some big decisions, we’re so close to opening the doors to our very own office space.

This has been a massive step for us. Not just growth for the sake of it — but growth done properly. Built around the people we support. Built around consistency. Built around community.

A big thank you to Auswide Signage for bringing our vision to life with the signage. It’s starting to feel very real seeing our name up and proudly displayed.

We can’t wait to welcome our participants, families and support workers into a space that feels safe, supportive and full of opportunity. New activities, new programs, and a place to connect.
Thank you to everyone who has backed us and trusted us along the way. We’re not quite open yet — but we’re very close.
