Meet our fantastic Service Leads 🩷

Luke Christiansen & Sheree Williams

Luke and Sheree have been a vital part of our team, supporting our participants and ensuring the smooth operation of our SIL, Supported Independent Living, and Share Tenancy homes. Their dedication, care, and steady hands behind the scenes keep everything running with heart and purpose.

They’re the kind of leaders who show up, lean in, and make a real difference every single day. We’re so grateful for the passion they bring to their roles and the positive impact they have on our community.

Outside of work, Luke loves taking his dog Kronk for long walks and hitting the gym, while Sheree enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time with her animals.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us today at our first NDIS Speed Networking Event. Your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to connect made this event such a success.

We’re especially grateful to our wonderful partners and providers who hosted tables and shared their time, expertise, and resources. Your presence added so much value and created space for meaningful conversations and new opportunities for collaboration.

A very special thank you goes to Holly, our incredible Business Development Manager, for putting on, organising, and catering such an awesome event. Your hard work, attention to detail, and passion for bringing people together truly made today possible.

We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to AEP for providing their fantastic facilities to host this event. Without your support — and Holly’s dedication — none of this would have been possible.

It was inspiring to see both familiar faces and so many new connections forming throughout the day. From exchanging ideas to exploring partnerships, the energy in the room reflected the power of bringing our community together.

Whether she’s keeping the office running smoothly or stepping into her mentor role, Maddy’s calm presence, reliability, and positive energy make her an absolute standout. She’s the kind of person who lifts the vibe of every room she walks into!

Outside of work, Maddy is all about health, strength, and community – she loves hitting the gym, coaching others, and living an active lifestyle that inspires those around her.

Corey has quickly become a much-loved member of our team – known for his can-do attitude, big heart, and endless energy.

Whether he’s supporting participants to reach their goals or stepping up as a mentor, Corey brings a level of dedication and care that makes a real difference every day.
He’s the kind of teammate who lifts everyone up – always ready to jump in, solve a problem, or simply brighten someone’s day with his positive vibe.
Outside of work, Corey is a footy fanatic (and an absolute gun on the field!) and a sushi lover through and through.

He is truly our pocket rocket – and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
