Newcastle and Hunter Community Health is a nursing and community services company established in response to local community demand for quality support services. The service has a particular focus on supporting people within their own home and community, and its clients include participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), people with ageing-related needs receiving Australian Government Aged Care Home Care Packages and private clients seeking personalised support and assistance.

Newcastle and Hunter Community Health is a local company owned and operated by Health Professionals. We are available to provide services to NDIS participants and Private clients and are currently seeking an Aged Care Provider Number to commence Home Care Packages.

Referrals can be made by email to our intake officer at enquiries@nhch.com.au or by phoning 0487231078. Newcastle and Hunter Community Health is a registered NDIS provider with staff available 24/7. Our office operates between 8am-5.30p.m. Monday to Friday with 24hr Registered Nurse Support.
