If any of you are like me, I’m still feeling the cold.
I do my best to keep my hands warm for you!! Sometimes that is more of a shock for you than I intend but they warm up fast!! So as I sit here in the spring sun behind the glass in my nice warm room, I ask. When is summer arriving so my hands are always warm!!!!

What exactly is a Disc Herniation? Your spine is made up of bones (vertebrae) cushioned by discs that act like shock absorbers. Thank goodness my pain has gone away from last week!! I would like to go for more exercise but, I don't want it to come back. I need to get onto my pilates again.... Watch this space!!
