Hello, I have been quiet lately due to unforeseen circumstances. After accidentally exposing my laptop to water, I have found it challenging to manage the booking system using my phone.(could be an age thing 😂) Additionally, I have been preoccupied with caring for my mother, who has been hospitalized after a bad fall.

I pride myself on making the space conducive to promoting the body to a point where the body resets itself physically and emotionally….

The ambience of the room, the experience of tbe soft tissue therapist….being as effective as you can within the time frame allocated…..

I work the muscles in a specific order, use complimentary tools such as cupping, dry needling to essentially relax the nervous system which in turn relaxes the muscles..…

I have been a soft tissue therapist since 2015, working as a contractor firstly, then rented a space to building a purpose built studio….
