We currently have vacancies at our farm-based supported independent living property. Ideally, we would be looking for someone with 1:3 ratio funding but please get in touch if it sounds like something that you or your participant would be interested in and we can look at different options.

The Pathways farm is located at Mcleans Ridges 15 mins drive from Lismore, 10 mins to historic Alstonville and just a short drive to beautiful coastal beaches of Ballina, Lennox, and Byron Bay.
The modern 4-bedroom home offers the comfort of ducted air conditioning for the perfect temperature all year round.
Surrounded by farmland views and overlooking friendly farmyard ponies, alpacas, goats and a donkey!

In-home support services will include 24/7 support staff and 2 resident support dogs. There are also two cats that enjoy sharing the space and can be seen most days outside in the sunshine.
The property is in a quiet area allowing for total privacy for occupants while still being close to Lismore Base Hospital (15 min), and many health and community centres.
This ideal location provides a peaceful environment with the benefit of local health facilities nearby.
