Why Rest Isn’t Always The Answer To Pain ⚠️

While short-term rest can be helpful after injury, too much rest can actually increase pain over time. When we stop moving, muscles and joints lose strength, the nervous system becomes more sensitive, and the brain can start to associate movement with danger.

The goal isn’t to push through pain — it’s to reintroduce gentle, progressive movement that builds confidence, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system.

If pain has been holding you back, the right movement (at the right dose) can be part of the solution.
