I want to teach women to look at food like this.

Whole food doesn’t come with labels.
No calorie counts.
No macro breakdowns.

It comes from the earth, and your body knows what to do with it.

This meal isn’t numbers on a screen.
It’s real food doing real things.

Protein from whole foods supporting strength, hormones, mood and steady energy.
Natural fats supporting the brain, hormones and a regulated nervous system.
Carbohydrates from fruit and vegetables supporting hormones, thyroid, training, mood and daily life.

This is nature’s medicine.
Fibre that feeds the gut.
Micronutrients like iron, zinc and B vitamins.
Fat-soluble vitamins your body actually knows how to absorb.

This kind of eating doesn’t disconnect you from your body, it brings you back to it.

Yes, I’m a fitness coach.
But I sit outside the macro-obsessed culture.

If you want numbers and tracking, I’m not your coach.

If you want to eat real food, feel strong, and trust your body again, then I’m your gal!

Food isn’t a math equation.

It’s a relationship.

I’m not saying don’t have goals…you should!
I’m not saying weight loss is bad…it isn’t, it can be life-saving.
And I’m not saying coaches who share body transformations are doing anything wrong…they’re doing awesome things…

But for so many women, especially mums, even getting to a gym is effing hard.
Let alone sticking to a routine.

Before I became a mum, I used to say things like “you just have to make the time.”
And while that’s true in theory… it doesn’t always mean it’s possible.

There are kids, feeds, broken sleep, mental load, work, hormones, life.
So sometimes showing up isn’t step one, it’s the whole damn win.

That’s why here, just walking through the door is celebrated.
Not how you look.
Not how heavy you lift.
But the fact that you showed up in the middle of a full life.

This isn’t about lowering standards.
It’s about meeting women where they are, and building strength from there.

So no matter where you are in your journey of motherhood, this is THE place for you x

Most of the fitness industry swears by meal prep.
And that’s completely fine… for them.

I take a slightly different approach.

Fresh food contains its highest nutrient quality closest to when it’s cooked.
Over time in the fridge, more delicate nutrients, particularly water-soluble vitamins and antioxidants, naturally decline due to air, light, time, and reheating.

From a holistic perspective, Ayurveda also teaches that freshly cooked food carries more prana (life force) while leftovers can feel heavier and harder to digest. While I don’t eat an Ayurvedic diet, I mostly live by the no-reheating rule (not always!)

That doesn’t make leftovers “bad.”
It just reminds us that fresh is a bit better.

For me, food is about nourishment, connection, and presence.
Not eating the same thing five days in a row.
Not turning food into a system to control.
Not losing the joy in the name of efficiency.

If you’re craving a softer, more intuitive way of eating, with simple meals that still support strength, energy, and real life,
I’ve created a recipe book full of quick, nourishing meals you can cook fresh, even with kids around.

The secret to sustainable fitness isn’t more motivation… it’s the right environment:

âś… community-centred training
✅ kids welcome (no guilt, no “I can’t come”)
âś… strength-based sessions that actually support women

Here’s the cycle piece most gyms ignore 👇
Your hormones shift across the month, and that can change your energy, recovery, appetite, temperature, and how “snappy” your nervous system feels.

Strength training works in every phase because it’s adaptable:

Feeling strong + driven? We lift a little heavier, progress your reps, build power.

Feeling more tender, flat, or easily overwhelmed? We slow it down, lift lighter, focus on technique, mobility, and steady strength.

Unlike constant HIIT (which can feel like a lot on the body when you’re already depleted), strength training lets you train with your body, not against it — and that’s how habits become automatic.

No pressure. No punishment. Just a supportive space where you keep showing up, no matter what week you’re in 🤍

A holistic approach to energy means
training your body and supporting your nervous system.

HIIT isn’t “bad” — but for many women, especially mums, it can be more stress on an already overloaded system.
Poor sleep. Mental load. Hormonal shifts. Constant stimulation.
Adding more intensity isn’t always the answer.

When the body is already under stress, high-intensity training can push cortisol higher, drain energy, and leave you feeling wired, exhausted, or inflamed instead of energised.

That’s why we focus on strength training that works with women’s cycles —
gentle when it needs to be, progressive when your body has the capacity.

But energy doesn’t come from training alone.
It comes from nourishment, hydration, rest, gentle movement, and moments that help your body feel safe again — stretching, slowing down, breathing, releasing tension.

Every session ends the same way:
stretching, calming the body, and bringing the nervous system back to balance.

Because mums don’t need more stress.
They need support, strength, and space to actually restore ✨

And you are welcome!

Mums, dads… and even people who don’t have kids, who want to be part of a great community, in an airy gym, with a view of the ocean and flowers 🌷 🌻 🌊
