Izzy teaches thoughtfully structured Pilates classes designed to build functional strength, body awareness, and confidence in movement.
With a background in snowsports coaching and years of experience in movement, she brings a calm, encouraging presence to every session. Her classes focus on safe progressions, clear communication, and helping everyone feel supported — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice.
Izzy originally found Pilates while looking for a way to get out of the house and gently rehabilitate multiple injuries. What started as recovery quickly became a passion, as she noticed huge improvements in her strength, posture, and connection to her body.
Outside the studio you’ll find her reading, at the beach, or happily binge-watching a trashy TV series.
She was drawn to Muve Studio because of the calm, empowering energy of the space and the way it supports people to move in a way that feels strong, sustainable, and enjoyable.
