This year has been incredible!. busy, beautiful, and full of amazing clients and connections. I’m so grateful. Thank you!

I will be away from sprit duties from December 19th to January 12th for a little holiday rest to recharge, and getting over feeling like an over stuffed sausage on Christmas Day. 🧘🏻‍♀️🍽️🎄

In the meantime - I still have some availability left before these dates for anyone who feels the need for some guidance and connection 🫶🏼

TAKING A LITTLE BREAK 🧘🏻‍♀️🏝️☀️

I will be shutting down for two weeks and taking a much needed vacation with my babies.
I will be returning back to full spirit duties on the 21st.
