Today, we’re sharing tips for staying hydrated over the summer:

-Monitor your urine and stoma output. Dark output and reduced urine may indicate signs of dehydration.
-Limit your alcohol and caffeine intake. Choose water or hydrating foods and drinks, such as watermelon.
