If you have an emergency that is not life-threatening, you can get the care you need, when you need it, right from the comfort of your home.

With the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED), a team of experienced medical professionals are available around the clock to triage and treat non-life-threatening emergencies.

By using VVED, you can skip the long waits at the emergency room and help us save Triple Zero (000) for life-threatening emergencies.
