Today is day? This day is a reminder that a conversation could change a life!
The last couple of years have been an absolute rollercoaster for so many and people are still suffering mentally from the impact of the global events. People have lost their jobs, businesses had to shut down, families have been seperated from each other, we missed out on social interactions and so much more…All this lead to a lot of mental
health problems, anxiety, loneliness, depression, uncertainty. For some more, for some not so much.
This day is a reminder, but we should not only ask this question today.
Check in with your family members and friends on a regular basis, show them you care about them and are there for them anytime if you feel that they are not okay.

Will you be reaching out today to someone asking “R U OK?”

☀️Happy weekend everyone! ☀️
I’ve just made myself a little to-do list for today and I realised I should do it more often to remind me of some things! Especially when it comes to staying hydrated. I woke up this morning with a massive headache and wondered why. Did I drink enough water yesterday? Nope…definitely not! Staying hydrated is so important and I always tell my kids to drink enough. But sometimes I just forget myself and I often get headaches when I haven’t had enough water. It’s one thing I always have to remind me of and a to-do list helps!
So I have just filled up my drinking bottle with fresh filtered water!
I diffuse energising and invigorating essentials oils such as Peppermint, Wild Orange and Lemon!
I applied Copaiba, Frankincense and Peppermint onto my head and neck to get relieve from my headache.
And while I’m writing this my drink bottle is almost empty. Time to refill it, take the kids and go outside for a walk, breathing in fresh air and get some sunshine.

We are so grateful that we can celebrate Mother‘s Day this year with my Mum and that my kids are with her grandma. After 2.5 years of uncertainty we are finally back together and enjoy every moment we have as a family.
