My name is Shweta, I am a full time Software Engineer by profession. Fitness has become my passion over the past 5 years. I have been training myself for the past 5 years which lead me to become a Certified Personal Trainer from International Sports Science Association. I am also a certified Nutritionist and a Yoga instructor from ISSA. I focus on weight loss, muscle toning, and overall fitness. I have always loved sharing my passion for an active and healthy lifestyle with others.
Program 1:
Online Virtual Group Classes
Group Fitness classes including HIIT,Strength Training and Cardio of 50 minutes duration-3 days a week(Monday 6.15PM,Wednesday 6.15PM and Friday 6.15PM)
Charges-15$ a fortnight.(Renew at the end of every fortnight to continue)
Program 2:
Diet
4 weeks personalised weekly diet plan with caloric information and food measurements
Regular sustainable Indian meals are tweaked and balanced with the right nutrition and calories
Includes Weekly in-depth Consultation Call
Includes support and Guidance via watsapp chat
Suitable for PCOD,Thyroid,Diabetes and Obesity
Charges-35$ for 4 weeks
Program 3:
Diet+Workout : Program 2+Workout
4 weeks personalised weekly diet plan and Workout Plan
All workouts will be home-based (written workout plan(4-5 days a week)based on body type with 1 live-session every week with me(live session timing will be decided at the time of weekly consultation based on both parties availability)
Workout duration and Intensity will totally depend upon the participants current fitness level
Charges-99$ for 4 weeks
