Post COVID, the Bipolar Life Support Group Program has been revitalised with a simple mission: create a safe, supportive space where people could talk openly about their bipolar disorder diagnosis online and in person.
Today, we’re proud to celebrate how much our community has achieved together.
Each session has been a reminder that human connection matters. every shared conversation, every empathic ear, and every act of reassurance has helped someone feel seen, heard, and supported.
This impact belongs to everyone who has been part of the program—most importantly the attendees and the facilitators, volunteers and community supporters who continue to bolster the program with their strength, resilience and pride to be a part of this special service.
Being a part of the bipolar community provides so much more than support, especially in March as it is World Bipolar Day on Monday 30th March.
Looking ahead, we are commitment to continuing to support more individuals and families to have better outcomes.
