Last year we had the pleasure to launch, a mental health workshop to help promote and support the campaign.
Jumping on board, to show their commitment to creating a mentally healthy workplace, was .australia.

We got to meet the behind the scenes team, they are a team of incredible individuals 👏. We got to discuss important topics and meaningful conversations around mental health. We also got an insight into what challenges the Motorsports industry faces around mental health.
We got busy discussing how to better support ourselves, preparing for stressful times and the many more challenges we face in every day life. Looking after ourself and our beautiful minds.

We are so proud! Of this upcoming collaboration 💜. This mother's day month, .co in collaboration with Maribyrnong Community Recovery Association INC, will be collaborating and bringing, one-of our tailored self-care workshops to the women who worked 💪 so hard to keep this community afloat during the Maribyrnong floods, back in October 2022-2023.

This special group of women are still working hard 2 years later, to protect the community, children and assisting in rebuilding the Maribyrnong community after such disastrous and traumatic events took place.

We are looking forward to delivering a dose of self-care 🥳
