Danni joined our 12 Week Program unsure of her limits. Six months later she is pushing a 150 kg sled with heart and focus. 👊❤️

💥 Legacy is going HYROX! 💥 We’re celebrating our incredible community and the amazing crew stepping up to compete in this year’s HYROX event… but also the woman quietly leading it all behind the scenes — .heaney. 🙌

Mae became a Hyrox Certified Trainer over a year ago, and ever since she’s been doing what she does best — training hard alongside our members and going above and beyond to get our teams competition-ready.

From personalised programming to managing workloads, recovery, injuries and confidence, Mae has been the backbone of this journey. And now feels like the perfect time to finally celebrate her. 💪👏

Something new is coming to Legacy. 🌸 We’re so excited to introduce a four-week Yin Yoga series — launching with a special Health & Wellness Seminar on Sunday, November 9 at 4PM.

💫 Join us and Jacqui Street from GroundED Potential for Yin Yoga: A Balanced Mind — a calming, 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

✨ Learn how Yin Yoga supports hormonal balance, stress management, and deep rest

✨ Experience the power of stillness through guided movement and mindfulness

✨ Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and more at ease

Jacqui is an experienced educator and wellbeing facilitator with a Master’s in Student Wellbeing. Through her business, Grounded Potential, she helps individuals and communities reconnect with calm and balance. A qualified Yin Yoga teacher and health coach, she weaves together neuroscience-informed practices, mindfulness, and gentle movement to support nervous system regulation and inner steadiness.

You told us you love our Lift strength training sessions, wanted more class times and cardio options, and more support with recovery — so we’ve created a timetable that brings it all together.

Here’s what’s new 👇

✨ Extended Open LIFT times – meaning you can now lift right up until 7pm giving greater flexibility for members arriving after work or managing family commitments.

💥 NEW Burn + Core – where strength meets stamina. Build muscular endurance and cardio capacity while still training the big lifts.

💪 Friday Lift Sculpt @ 7 am – start your weekend feeling strong and energised.

🧘‍♀️ NEW Yin Yoga Mondays @ 6:15 pm – unwind, stretch deeply, and reset your body and mind.

☀️ NEW Sunday 9 am rotation – alternate weeks between Lift Ignite Make-Up (for missed sessions) and Yin Yoga (recovery + reset).

💛 NEW Stretch & Unwind – 15 minutes of guided recovery straight after LIFT.
