Satya Sound Flow

Satya Sound Flow Gentle yoga and sound bath sessions to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in your body. Open to all—no experience needed, just come as you are.

Hi, I’m Chun 💛

I’m a yoga teacher and certified sound healer, sharing gentle yoga and sound bath sessions with my local community for the past few years. Each month, I host a yin yoga and sound bath workshop in Surrey Hills—a calm, welcoming space to rest, reconnect, and just be. No experience is needed, just an open heart. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions—I’d love to hear from you.

- Sound Healing Therapy (2023) Sound Healing Academy (Upwey, Australia)

• Teaching Style
Theming: I love theming and philosophy! Don’t be surprised if I leave a classic philosophy question for you at the end of the class.

• Music: Music is the very important part of the practice and it can develop the experience incredibly. I have created playlists on Spotify and Apple Music for online practice and they will be updated every week to the theme.

Silence works for some people.
Sound works for others.

Many people find their nervous system settles much more easily when gentle tones are present.

Last Sunday.
This Sunday.
Two rooms.
Two beautiful gatherings. 🤍

Grateful for everyone who showed up, softened, and trusted the space.

Autumn feels like the right season for this work.

Yesterday’s space 🤍

Before everyone arrived.
Before the room filled with breath and stillness.

Every session feels like creating a small sanctuary.

Grateful for each person who steps into it and all the beautiful energy the studio holds. We will miss you

We end in stillness.

A soft exhale for your Saturday.
Rest is productive too. ✨

There’s something about the sound of rain
that softens everything.

I added a new rain stick to my sound collection this week.

The first time I turned it over, I felt my whole nervous system drop.

Sound has a way of bypassing the mind
and speaking directly to the body.

I’ll be bringing this to our next long-form immersion in St Kilda · 1 March 🌊

If you’ve been craving deep rest, this one is for you.

One thing I keep learning through sound work:

Stillness doesn’t arrive when we force it.
It arrives when we feel safe enough to stop.

Sound has a way of meeting the body where words can’t — bypassing effort and inviting rest instead.

This is why I keep returning to this practice.
And why I hold it so carefully for others.

Sending calm into your Sunday 🌊

Some offerings ask for effort.

This one asks for rest.

On Sunday 1 March, I’ll be holding a 3-hour Yin & Sound immersion in St Kilda —
a slow afternoon of long-held stillness, breath, sound, and gentle nourishment.

No rushing. No fixing.
Just space to soften and return to yourself.

If this resonates, you’re very welcome.

I’ll be holding space at a community sound bath on 4 February, and it felt like the right moment to share a little of what I’ve been quietly preparing behind the scenes.

Over the past year, my work has been moving more and more toward slow, intentional sound and yin practices — spaces to rest, soften, and come back to ourselves without needing to fix or achieve anything.

The 4 Feb session is a beautiful, low-pressure way to experience this kind of work. And for those who’d like to stay connected, I’ll be sharing my own gatherings gently throughout the year — including a candlelight sound bath on 22 February.

No rush, no pressure. Just an open invitation to rest and see what resonates.

With warmth,
Chun 🌿
