I’m a yoga teacher and certified sound healer, sharing gentle yoga and sound bath sessions with my local community for the past few years. Each month, I host a yin yoga and sound bath workshop in Surrey Hills—a calm, welcoming space to rest, reconnect, and just be. No experience is needed, just an open heart. • Teaching Style
Theming: I love theming and philosophy! Don’t be surprised if I leave a classic philosophy question for you at the end of the class.

• Music: Music is the very important part of the practice and it can develop the experience incredibly. I have created playlists on Spotify and Apple Music for online practice and they will be updated every week to the theme.

Yesterday’s candlelight sound bath felt incredibly calm and grounding.

Thank you to everyone who joined and shared the space together.

It was also the final candlelight session in Surrey Hills with , and I’m very grateful for all the evenings we’ve had there over time.

Future candlelight gatherings will now be held in Mount Waverley, and I’ll share the next dates soon.

I added a new rain stick to my sound collection this week.

The first time I turned it over, I felt my whole nervous system drop.

Sound has a way of bypassing the mind
