Do you really train? Or do you turn up to gym to say you went to gym?

Here are 3 things you need to implement in order to see results πŸ‘‡

1️⃣ Follow a structured plan. Random programs and exercises will not produce results.
You do not need to spend hours in the gym with b***y bands. Spend time lifting - you need progressive overload to gain muscle mass πŸ’ͺ
2️⃣ In order to grow, you need to spend time in a surplus. Yes this can be uncomfortable, however it is necessary to fuel your body to grow and recover. Stop spinning your wheels and hoping to get results while dieting. Build the foundation. πŸ“ˆ
3️⃣ Give it time. If you're wanting to change your body composition, then this takes months, in fact it can take years.
A 12 week challenge is a great motivator, however it will most likely not lead to the body you're hoping for ⏰

If you're showing up, show up with a purpose. Show up ready to apply yourself.
Not every session has to be amazing and produce PB's, however every session still needs to have purpose.

This is by far the best Banana bread I have ever tasted and one you are going to want to save for later!

πŸ”… 2 Ripe Bananas
πŸ”… 1 Egg
πŸ”… 125g Unsalted Butter
πŸ”… 1/4 Cup Milk
πŸ”… 1 1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour
πŸ”… 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
πŸ”… Chocolate Chips

Method:

Pre heat oven to 170 degrees
Mash Banana
Melt Butter
Add Flour, Milk, Egg, Vanilla Essence, Butter

Mix together
Pour in tray
Add chocolate chips

Bake for 50 mins

We've all heard it before...you just need to eat 'clean' πŸͺ„

Yes, less processed and more wholesome foods should be your first go to however eating 'clean' is not a magical solution to your weight loss goal.

Eating less processed foods may help place you in a deficit however if you still over consume then your body doesn't care how 'clean' the food is.

Calories are a measurement of energy.

So how do you lose weight?

By understanding your individual requirements and creating a deficit.
Life's too short not to enjoy some chocolate along the way..the best part is when you learn to incorporate it into your daily intake.
