Do you really train? Or do you turn up to gym to say you went to gym?
Here are 3 things you need to implement in order to see results π
1οΈβ£ Follow a structured plan. Random programs and exercises will not produce results.
You do not need to spend hours in the gym with b***y bands. Spend time lifting - you need progressive overload to gain muscle mass πͺ
2οΈβ£ In order to grow, you need to spend time in a surplus. Yes this can be uncomfortable, however it is necessary to fuel your body to grow and recover. Stop spinning your wheels and hoping to get results while dieting. Build the foundation. π
3οΈβ£ Give it time. If you're wanting to change your body composition, then this takes months, in fact it can take years.
A 12 week challenge is a great motivator, however it will most likely not lead to the body you're hoping for β°
If you're showing up, show up with a purpose. Show up ready to apply yourself.
Not every session has to be amazing and produce PB's, however every session still needs to have purpose.
