Here's some hard truths for the over 30 crew 🫣

❌ It’s not the carbs.
❌ It’s not your hormones.
❌ It’s not the 1 β€œbad” meal.
βœ… It’s the Monday-start-over cycle.
βœ…It’s the all-or-nothing mindset.
βœ… It’s quitting whenever life gets busy.

The women who win?
They stay consistent… especially when life isn’t perfect.

Double tap if this sounds familiar πŸ’œ

The fitness industry has glamorized extremes for way too long
I don't know about you, but I find the current standards exhausting πŸ™„

What is normal is classed as dramatic and what is dramatic is now classed as normal.

- Scale fluctuations are normal. You can tick every box follow the plan 100% and you will still fluctuate. HOWEVER there's a difference between fluctuations and not following a plan and still expecting results (yes, coaches know the difference πŸ˜‰)
- You don't need to chase a PB every day. You're at a higher risk of injury, and your body needs to recover.
- Take a rest day and stop feeling guilty about it. Your body needs it more than you think.
- Progress doesn't always look dramatic. You do have to be dripping in sweat or passed out on the floor to have an effective training session
- Flexible dieting isn't an excuse to fill your daily meals with fake food. Whole foods should take up the majority of your diet.

If you're wondering why you're tired, constantly bloated and still reaching for another coffee at 3pm..chances are you're following extremes.

Results come from realistic habits πŸ”₯

Questions you need to ask before you start another diet...

12/11/2025

I've heard it all πŸ™„

❌ Calories don't matter
❌ You just need to eat 'clean'
❌ Make sure you're in this heart rate zone to burn fat
❌ Don't eat anything processed
❌ Take all the supplements, make sure to use my code πŸ˜‰
❌ Pilates will build muscle
❌ It's your metabolism babe

Let's be clear...
βœ… Calories do matter
βœ… Clean eating isn't a magical solution (yes, you should aim for more whole foods)
βœ… Forget Heart Rate Zones
βœ… Processed foods absolutely have a place (especially when fueling your body πŸ˜‰)
βœ… Supplements make very little impact and only few are proven to have any benefit
βœ… Pilates is great, but not to build muscle
βœ… There's nothing wrong with your metabolism, you can't break it

There's so much misinformation out there..gone are the days where if you were a face to face coach, there were protocols to follow to insure you actually held a qualification.

You're not broken
You're not an exception to the rule (or actually studies that are carried out)
Opinion is not fact

Context matters
Data matters
Knowledge matters
