I lost 2kg in 10 weeks..

That’s it.
Just 2kg.

But something interesting happened…
My shoulders looked rounder.
My waist looked tighter.
My legs were stronger.
My entire body looked different.

Same scale.
Different body.

Because while the scale only moved down 2kg, my body was quietly doing something else…
My body fat was decreasing and my muscles mass increasing 💪

No detox tea.
No starving.
No endless cardio punishment.
No jabs.

Just lifting weights and eating like someone who actually wants a strong body.
This is the part most women miss.

They chase the biggest number drop on the scale while sacrificing their overall health and muscle mass.

The real magic happens when your body composition changes.
Less fat.
More muscle.
Completely different physique.

So if you're chasing 5–10kg down, but refusing to pick up weights…

You might be chasing the wrong result 🔥

I hate to tell you...

Opinions and anecdotes sit at the bottom of the hierarchy of evidence 🫣

At the top?
Years of research analysing thousands of people.

And you know what that evidence keeps saying if you want to drop body fat?
Lift weights.
Eat enough protein.
Be in a calorie deficit.
Be consistent.

Not sexy. Not trendy.

Just effective.

If you want to lose 5–10kgs and get strong, stop chasing the loudest advice on the internet.
Start following the strongest evidence.

The update that you didn't ask for but need to read 👇

We have just finished off week 10 of body recomp, here's what you need to know.

The scales have fluctuated over the past 10 weeks.
This has been a combination of output, food increasing, fluid intake, sleep and stress levels.
Overall, there is approximately -2kgs difference between week 1 and week 10.

This is exactly why it's important to measure progress beyond the scales.

Strength is continuing to increase
Measurements continue to decrease

This is not an overnight success story, this is 18 years of training and understanding how my body will respond.

This is 10 weeks of hitting the non-negotiables (not always perfect, but mostly consistent)

When you actually apply yourself, push yourself and be willing to step beyond your comfort zone - progress will happen.

Results come from doing the same thing day in, day out

No magic tricks, no fluff, no detoxing
Just quality foods, consistency and pushing some weights 💪

Stop chasing deadlines
Stop chasing quick fixes

Start building habits

Stay tuned for more ✌️

A little throw back to 12 years ago 🔙

The day after competing in IFBB figure, placing top 6
A group of us went to the OG Dohertys Gym.

The experience was unforgettable
The vibe was a high I can't explain

I was lucky enough to be mentored by some of the best in the industry

Back then, this was an industry that
Didn't have influencers
Where individuals knowledge went beyond hobby courses
And tripods in gyms weren't a thing.

I was a young girl in a male dominant environment.
It didn't stop me from doing what I wanted to do.
Why?
Because I was surrounded by individuals who shared the same passion.

So when you ask how long I've been doing this - the answer is over half of my life

I learnt the importance of evidence based coaching - this is exactly why I do what I do.

I'm not an influencer coach
I'm not here to fluff around
And I'm not afraid to admit that I'm still learning.

Thanks to Ben Esgro for the spot ✌️
