Clean eating isn't a magical solution (yes, you should aim for more whole foods)

Forget Heart Rate Zones

Processed foods absolutely have a place (especially when fueling your body π)

Supplements make very little impact and only few are proven to have any benefit

Pilates is great, but not to build muscle

There's nothing wrong with your metabolism, you can't break it
There's so much misinformation out there..gone are the days where if you were a face to face coach, there were protocols to follow to insure you actually held a qualification.
