Even if today feels more like winter with this 12-degree surprise… our skin is still switching to summer mode. Lighter layers, more hydration, and daily SPF, always.

SPF isn’t just a summer thing, it’s a 365-day essential. But with longer days and stronger UV now here, we need to be even more diligent. Apply every morning and reapply every 2 hours when outdoors. And remember, protection isn’t just for your face, don’t forget your neck, décolletage, ears, back of hands and any exposed skin.

It’s been an honour to be part of the Business School for Entrepreneurs, and during my stay I had the privilege of visiting a special needs school in Phuket, Thailand. Alongside an incredible team of 130 entrepreneurs from all over the world, we spent the day repairing fences, cleaning up the school grounds, and painting the entire school inside and out, all with the hope of bringing a little more ease, joy, and safety to the kids who learn there.

The smiles, the gratitude, and the connection we shared are something I’ll carry with me forever. 🩷
