I work with dancers who want to reduce their risk of (or recover from) injury with safe & tailored strength and conditioning / injury prevention programs, workshops and online courses. Strength and conditioning classes for dancers including: individual and small group sessions as well as workshops providing evidenced based information on strength, conditioning, anatomy, physiology and safe dance practices.
