Hi y'all!
Been away since late September and my trip to Utah during the Charlie Kirk's assassination, which triggered something in me.
If you've been here a while, you may have noticed that several times per year, I take a break from social media and I don't necessarily inform you beforehand.
As a true Manifestor (HD), I follow my rest/creative cycles and they often guide me to retreat within, as I absolutely don't feel the outward energy to speak, write or share on here.
I give myself the space and freedom to explore, investigate, process, embody and fully integrate new ways of being and living, just for myself, without thinking about how to communicate them through the new IG algorithm or whatever.
This last break was one of those, with a quiet yet powerful inner stirring and evolution of my work and mission.
A calling from both God to rekindle my faith, and Mother Earth to protect Her.

My guidance and wisdom will focus on COURAGE and VOICE expression.
Courage to grow, be, do, experiment new ways, new things. New thoughts and beliefs.
Voice expression includes all the ways we have in order to express our truth: verbally, in writing , creatively, musically, through movement, our thoughts, beliefs, actions and our presence.
Soul mentoring remains a centre piece of accompanying you on your journey to clarity, self expression and empowerment whether 1:1 or through self led experiences like the Soul Shift Journey. I am still offering Tranquil Forest Journeys in community, meditation and journaling circles.
I am excited for this path, as I surrender to my intuitive knowing and cultivate the courage to walk the path I am called onto.
